I am extremely pleased with my experience at your facility. Your service personnel and your tech person were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They took me in when I was desperate with a car issue that that turned into an emergency. The problem was diagnosed quickly and solutions were offered to me to resolve the problem. I had your people fix the problem and they did an impeccable job. I will be back to your facility with all my vehicles and many of my neighbors will also be visiting you soon. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. I can't thank you enough.

I always receive great service, the staff is polite and respectful of my car and my time. I have been using Aspen Park Tire & Auto for 4 years and will continue.

We're not impressed with the new service manager - he was rather rude to my wife and not as helpful as Chris (I believe that was his name) or the previous partner, Kent. At one time I trusted you completely but I no longer have the comfort level I once had so I'll be paying close attention to the service we get in the future and keeping my options open.

I sincerely apologize to you and your wife for my employee being rude and unprofessional.
This is not the way I run my business or except my employees to treat my customers, no way.
This however does happen sometimes and its very unfortunate.
It sounds like we tracked you down Mr Anonymous and from the conversation you had with my Assistant General Manager this evening you are satisfied with the resolution we came up with to make sure this type of behavior never happens again.
