Took my cat in to be groomed. She is long haired and was matted. I thought for sure that she would need to be shaved, but the groomer was able to get it out and gave her a nice trim along with her nails. She has an adorable scarf on that she hasn't taken off. I dropped her off around 8:30 in the morning and didn't pick her up until 5:30. I wish I had more of a time frame as to when I needed to pick her up than we will call you. I waited around all day when I could have done some errands, but they were very busy and it was a Friday. Overall, very happy

Dr. Maimone was great with my dog. She answered all of my questions and spotted some mild arthritis in my dog that I didn't know was present.

We went as a walk in, We didn't have an appointment. I think the waiting time in these circumstances was more than acceptable for such a busy day.

I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. I AM ALWAYS TREATED WITH RESPECT AS IS MY DOG. THE STAFF AND THE DOCTORS REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR /MY PET AND IT SHOWS. THAT MEANS SO MUCH WHEN YOU ARE "WANTED" AND NOT JUST A NUMBER OR A DOLLAR SIGN. I HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS OFFICE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.
