I usually take my dogs for routine vaccines and grooming. I'm a repeat monthly customer and I was a bit bothered that during grooming I was charged more then normal because I didn't want my dogs to get bathed. So by doing less to my dogs I was charged more. And the only reason I denied a bath for them was because my one dog has bad allergies and had visible hot spots that I didn't want irritated my shampoo or fragrance.
