Disappointed a bit in our last boarding. Dr. called with an issue with the hair around our dogs eye and had a suggested treatment plan but failed to read his chart to see it had been treated.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating, as always! The woman at the front desk (Lauren, I think her name was?) was really friendly and answered all my questions.

I had a pleasant experience at your hospital on Monday 8/3/15 evening. A lady at the front desk (I didn't get her name, but she had blonde hair) helped me with my purchase of Trifexis. Thanks to her, I received my free dose for buying the 6 dose pack. I could tell that she was very professional and meticulous when helping myself and the other 2 clients in the waiting area at that time.

Dr Lai and Dr. Bauman ontinue to impress us each time we bring in any of our dogs. Their knowledge is incredible and they really care.
The staff is also amazing, sweet and helpful. Debbie always makes us feel good by giving us the time to check out and make further appointments no matter how busy she is at the moment!
They are all top notch in my book!!!
