The staff are very friendly and took excellent care of my rather scared pup. The vet and other staff did all they could to inform us on my pup's condition and to answer my other questions. I've appreciated the follow up calls to check on my pup's progress. Also, the office is in a handy location just off the 5, it was easy to get an appointment, and the reception was not busy (which was a relief because my pup is scared of some other dogs). The free initial consultation was great. I also like how they give a written quote for the recommended procedures/medications before going ahead with anything.

Dr Lai was great. She explained our options completely and even though we declined some of the procedures she had suggested, we felt confident in the decided treatment plan.
