It is always five stars here! I would give ten if I could. We were fearing the worst with our black pug girl Stella. She had been screaming and we could tell she was uncomfortable and in pain. Thought perhaps she ingested something. Beth was so great getting us in first thing in the morning to see our regular Dr Michael. Dr Michael was his usual wonderful self and treated Stella for pancreatitis. He walked in the room and like he always does spent a few minutes playing with Stella while talking to us. Our sick girl was so happy that she was on her back with her legs in the air getting belly rubs! These situations are so much easier when you know your dog is in better hands than your own. Dr. Michael is always honest and never does anything that is not needed. It was nice when we went to check out that the girls at the front desk were concerned for Stella and wanted to know what happened. We walked in with tears and walked out with smiles.
Mad props to the remodel of the waiting room! Much much larger and more customer friendly but most importantly gives the ability for the animals to be more comfortable.

Roxy is not a good vet dog. However Dr. Michaels has always been extremely kind and helpful with her. Explains everything we need to do.

We waited 40 minutes when we were told
it would be 10-15. Our pet received good care but we are going to look at other places to take her
because the prices are too high. $38 just to be
seen on top of paying for everything else it too
much-especially when you walk in and see
the expensive remodeling going on.

Going on 16 years now coming to your facility....always attentive staff and good experience. Refer folks all the time and tell them it is a mistake not to go to your facility. We come from Lockport and it is WELL worth the drive. I don't trust the care of my girls anywhere else. You all took great care of Chase until her final days last fall (female yellow lab that lived 16.5 years). Your compassion you showed throughout her "golden years" will forever be something I hold dear in my heart. Bula (our other female yellow lab) is as healthy as ever at almost 9 years old. And the newest addition to our family, Finn (an 8 week old female yellow lab) just had her first visit with your staff this past weekend. From check ups to boarding, you guys have it all. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

The waiting area was a little hectic when we arrived. The vet we saw was wonderful. Thank you for taking care of our kitty.

Always treated nicely, even the employees that are not taking direct care of my dogs always say hello to myself and the dogs. I just love this animal hospital!

We LOVE this vet. dr arkush is phenomenal with my dog. dr Mottel saved our Yorkie last year who at age 10 had stage 4 mammory cancer. I've had to put a rescue dog down in the middle of the night (so even the night time care is good). But every single tech , Katie, Erin , Brianna , summer, the list goes on and on , are all phenomenal. The only thing is the new computer system seems to need a bit of work and it's not the techs fault. Just gets backed up sometimes. I've left my dogs there for care after surgery and also when I had surgery and they did great with my dogs. I cannot describe how much I love this vet office (they don't sell food on site and don't push you to buy stuff which is nice). The office staff is great too. I drive well over 45 mins in no traffic to get there. It's that good. Love ACC!

The staff and doctor was very attentive. The doctor completed a very comprehensive examination to figure out what was wrong with our dog. She gave us some very practical suggestions that we can do at home to help our dog's condition.

Dr. E was excellent. He explained everything that was wrong and the options for treatment. I felt that my dog was in safe hands so much so my baby is scheduled for surgery on Friday March 24th.

Your facility was great. Your doctors and staff were outstanding. Couldn't have asked for anything better. All are a caring group of professionals.
