Trying to make me pay wayy more than I should’ve. When they told me what they were gonna give my dog (she had either eaten or was stung by a bug and was having an allergic reaction) it was one thing and then when they tell me the stuff later it was 5 different medications costing $300. When i told the vet tech about the cost concerns the vetinarian came back in and was pretty rude saying she wouldnt be okay unless she had ALL of it. I chose to pay for only 2 of the 5 medications and my dog was completely fine the next day. Saved myself $200

Hi, Moriah, We are glad that AVA is feeling great. You were advised the right treatment for your pet. The other items on the treatment plan were to make sure that she don't develop any further complications from the insect bite. The doctor did the best treatment for the limited funds you had, since your were not able to afford the further treatment. Again we are glad that AVA is doing better.

Very friendly staff. Took "Angel" in for grooming and her annual shots. Thalia did a wonderful job grooming her just as we wanted!

They did everything that we asked them to do. Klondike must have been cold after being shaved because he came to bed with us and he never has done that before. His nose is a lot better now. Hoping that it stays that way.

The staff at AVH has always treated our 3 dogs like they were their own dogs. Always informative and caring. We would not go anywhere else!
