We saw Dr. Johnson, and she was wonderful. She took the time to listen, and discuss options. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Low cost, also. I highly recommend Alta Vista!

In an emergency situation the staff reacted quickly and with compassion. In this case the pet had to remain under care, but I was able to see her before I left. That was especially important had things not gone well. Happily she came back.

Dr. Rumrill and staff are very caring and supportive. They have been caring for our pets since we moved here 2 years ago. My cat, Vinny was 20 yrs old (96) and had health issues. But under Dr. Rumrill’s care he lived a quality life until the end and we are very grateful for her wisdom and professional advice.

Worst experience I've ever had at the vet. You people are pathetic. I or my family will never again waste any time on this practice. You are rude, unwilling to work with anyone and frankly I'm not impressed with the techs at all. Plus the fat cow office manager is an insensitive piece of trash. Plus your bid was 2x higher than the next vet I visited which had no problem letting me pay a couple of payments. I didn't even need payments because the bill was FKN reasonable. And then you piece of shits called the cops on me! Hahahaha what a joke... Even the cop said he can't believe you were so unwilling to help and she gave me the number to her vet. Way to conduct a business! I'm new here to Montrose too so I'm really glad I had this experience because it will NEVER happen to me, my fellow dog lovers, or anyone in my family ever again I will tell everyone how greedy you are and how you easily overlooked my dogs issue because you are so blinded by greed. If I ever see you pathetic excuses for humans around town I shall treat you with the same respect.
