the service provided by the two technicians was professional, personal, and precise.
they were knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, address my concerns, repaired
the air unit and made excellent recommendations after assessing our needs.
As a result, we elected to purchase a new unit to replace the one which is 30 years. old.

Timmy Wright was courteous and helpful. He explained the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. He offered recommendations and options with pricing before the work was done. I would definitely use Allstar Heating & Air in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I was not at home when the technician came by but my husband was very impressed
