I cant say enough about how great EVERYONE at this company treated me. Ryan, Taylor, Shane, and Brandon, are all very professional. They took the time to make me feel like I made the right decision when I replaced my unit. I had a million questions and everyone made sure I understood the answer. While they were installing my unit there was boxes and "stuff" in the yard. But before they left it was clean. This is by far the best experience I have ever had getting work done on my house. They were on time and very knowledgeable.
Brandon-thank you for the patients you gave to me while on the phone.
Ryan - thank you for making sure I got the right unit and being so helpful.
Shane - thank you for being an all around good person. The dog next door said thank you for caring.
Taylor - thank you for knowing your job. You helped us understand how to get the most energy savings from the unit.

The technicians at Allstar are knowledgeable and thorough and the office staff is so courteous that they make you feel like you are a part of the Allstar Heating & Air Family. They're licensed not only in Georgia, but also in beautiful Alabama and can help if you have A/C needs in the Phenix City area! They go above-and-beyond to accommodate every customer's specific needs and work diligently until the task is complete! Out of pretty much any and every technician we've ever had to deal with, Robert is hands down the best. Allstar is great, but it's Robert's professionalism that takes it to 5 stars. Twice we've relied on Allstar through our home warranty service - once in 2015, and again this year, 2016. Just an old system on borrowed time. Both times Robert was the tech who came out. You can't ask for a more courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. He's candid too, which we like a lot. And for big jobs, like a system replacement, by all means shop around, but certainly don't exclude Allstar.

The back door to my downstairs basement that lead to outside was left opened and I didn't know it until that night. The shield to some wires on the heating system was left off and wires exposed.

the service provided by the two technicians was professional, personal, and precise.
they were knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, address my concerns, repaired
the air unit and made excellent recommendations after assessing our needs.
As a result, we elected to purchase a new unit to replace the one which is 30 years. old.
