Jim came out to my home. He was not only very knowledgeable but also shared much useful information with me about my system. He informed me of some preventative maintenance measures as well as health issues. Overall, Jim was very helpful and he is an expert.

I am very happy with the work performed by the tech who responded to my home. My rating is not a reflection on him, nor his work. I am less satisfied with my communication with the office however. I sent two emails requesting an appointment to have the work performed. Work that had been recommended by the tech. I did not receive a response. I called the office and they did acknowledge receiving my emails. I then scheduled the work at that time. Several days later I received a call from the office asking me if I wished to schedule the recommended work. I told the caller that I had already done so. He told me that he would check to confirm the work was scheduled. He confirmed that the appointment was scheduled on the date and time I indicated. On the date and time of the scheduled work, the tech had not arrived. After 90 minutes I called the office to inquire about the delay. I was told that the tech had a problem with the his van and would be late. No one had called to tell me that the tech would be late. When the tech did arrive he told me that there had been a mix up, and the necessary personnel had not been scheduled. He was alone, and could not complete the work by himself. I would have to reschedule the work, and commit another day of my time. My experience with the techs have been great, the support staff has been unsatisfactory.

My a/c suddenly stopped working at 5:30 p.m. It was after hours, so I left a voicemail. Someone called me back later that night and said they would not be able to come till the morning (it was 95 degrees outside). When the serviceman showed up, I was told that my capacitor, condenser, and compressor were bad and the repairs would be over $4300.....he even tried to sell me a whole new unit. After talking with a friend, I called Fast and Reliable Service. They came out the next day. The only thing wrong with the a/c was the capacitor. He repaired it and it only cost $429. I will NEVER call Aire Serv again and have warned all my friends about the attempted scam.

this is not attempted scam, we provided up front pricing to give you the best possible solution, it was our professional opinion what we propose the repairs needed. also the prices for a new system to replace the old in efficient system was extremly good, i also feel $429 was over priced, we charge $177-$277 for that capacitor and if we thought that would be the permanant solutiuon we would have just done it. as we have done for many of our customers. feel free to reach to me to discuss
