the rep. came on time started right away and did what he came to do .Very friendly and knew his job. As for what he did ,I,m not a furnace guy so I guess he did all that he was suppose to do

They give you one price when you call to make the appointment and then when they get to your house and don't actually have the parts to fix it and they charge you $253. very very overpriced. not very happy with my service. the tech was very nice and helpful.

The service men you had come to my residence were extremely professional. Any questions I asked, they provided me with answers. The last gentleman that was here even traveled to get the part I needed for my furnace. Thank you for you for great service. You gained yourself s new customer.

Prices and quality of performance rank among the lowest of any service company I have ever used.
Had to replace one of my A/C compressors just after it shorted out after being "serviced"...at 1/2 your quoted price. Second compressor was packed with leaves.
Also has RISE in to check CO emissions you declared dangerous. Readings were ZERO at every test location. They also declared mt furnace fully operational with no replacement recommended like your company did.
I was also treated rudely on the phone when reporting this.

Technician showed up on time and went right to work. He filled me on the condition of my furnace and made a few recommendations. He was friendly and professional. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have had Aire Serv and it is always a good experience.

Right on time. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough serviceman. Fixed my heating issue quickly and showed me potential other issues with my furnace that could cause future problems. Glad I decided to use Aire Service of RI!
