So you want to my experience? Well let see I was told to allow at least 5 hours for my procedure. So I'm like that's along time. Got there at 9 o'clock to get 10 teeth pulled and my dentures fitted. Dr. Nguyen came in to my room and made sure I was comfortable and feeling nothing. And her assistant was awesome. I was out and with a new smile by 11 o'clock GREAT STAFF!!!!!

Ashley was GREAT! She is so sweet and thoughtful. She explains everything that she is doing and what is happening. It was a good experience.

I started on a program,with the head of the office, she is no longer there and the new manage came in and change the policy and I told her that was not fair.
