Not sure about this clinic. I came in after taking premeds due to childhood rheumatic fever and then told that the procedure I was scheduled to have is no longer happening. Now I must have a different procedure done that is more than triple the $$$$$ amount of the original procedure I came in for in the first place.. Then I was told I needed to be scheduled for a cleaning because I hadn't had one since 2011 and I had just come in three months before (2014) and had a cleaning. There was no record of the cleaning to be found, until I spoke with the treatment plan coordinator who found the appointment with the cleaning. Geez!!! Waaaaay too expensive and some confusion leads me to believe I should have dental work done elsewhere.

Everyone was very nice, professional and knowledgable.The dental hygienist I had was great! She did an excellent job casting/fitting my crowns for the dentist. Her technique and ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process/procedure makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful! The dentist was very nice and did a great job. She recommended what procedure best suited my needs giving me three options to choose from. Over all experience was great!

Dr. J was really nice, funny, and entertaining. He listened to me and took the extra time to clean out an infected tooth. I really appreciated his genuine concern for my wellbeing and office experience.

First , they did not know if they accepted my insurance or not and they never returned my call about it.
2. I did my own checking thru my provider they said they did accept my insurance. Still never had a return call.
3. Went for check up they made copies of my insurance etc... had a great office visit.
4. A few months later they called saying I needed to pay my bill...I said I had insurance you accept my insurance provider and you made copies of my insurance card driver license etc..what happened to all that? I was told the office staff lost all my paperwork and private information. ..at this time that matter is still pending ????
Not very happy about that at all would not recommend them and I will not be coming back!
