great....saw dr. Maldonado (sp)...He was kind, thorough and I did not feel rushed. The front desk personnel were pleasant with no waiting. Receiving my bill after the appt only took minutes. the tech was great, also! I am 'seasonal' and so glad I was referred to this place. My dog will be scheduled for a grooming there too, as soon as he feels like his old self!

When I made my appointment I asked for Dr. Brownell. I was given another Dr.instead. This was my first time at this office and I was rather upset with the staff over this.

The staff is friendly and the Dr. was very personable. The only issue was with having to wait for a half an hour to even get into an exam room. It certainly would be beneficial to try to stay near the appointment time as it makes the pets restless and nervous to have to wait.

We are new to the area. My sweet little girl was 13 and tune to transition to heaven. She passed away at home before our appointment. The staff was so helpful and compassionate to us. I felt at peace leaving my baby girl with them for her cremation. BTW. I checked out another vet on Plathe, they wanted triple the amount of money to see us.
