I was very happy with the overall service. The first guy called because he was running late which I really appreciated. The 2nd guy that came called to see if he could come early. They were friendly and helpful.

I was referred to ABC Septic. Upon calling it was easy to get the appointment scheduled and set up. The gentleman that came out was very easy to speak with and told me exactly what he was doing and looking for along the entire process. I would recommend ABC Septic for sure.

Thank you for coming out and cleaning out our grease traps. I did not know that you had showed up to clean out our grease traps until the following day after I received the work order that you had done the work. No one contacted me to let me know that you would be here to do this job as I would like to have seen the condition of the grease trap.

Had a small emergency with an old septic system at a rental we own and called on ABC for some help. They were very responsive in getting me some assistance over to the house that same day and trouble shooting the problem plus offering up suggestions on repairs. They were fourthcoming with cost estimates which under the circumstances seemed very reasonable. The problem was fixed the following day and my renters were very appreciative and I would like to thank them as well.

Scheduling, communication, inspection, pumping all went great and the report was provided in a timely and professional manner. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was that ABC came and pumped and services the system 3 years ago and had to spend hours locating the access. They assured me that they recorded the location for next time, but apparently that technician did not. Fortunately I had a much better idea of where it was than last time so it took less time to locate this time, but I expected ABC to have recorded it in their files as promised. All in all, it went smoothly and I would use them again.
