Dr Buck was very good. Explained everything to me about the exam and asked if I had any questions and made sure that I understood everything. I really appreciated that.
My visit was handled competently and pleasantly. I especially want to mention Sarah, the receptionist and preliminary tester, who was very friendly and efficient. The female doctor who examined me was fine, but somehow, did not come across as quite as concerned and solicitous as Dr. Lindsey Slimp, who examined me in 2010 and 2012. Also, in all previous visits, someone has asked me if I wanted to consider trifocals (even though I always declined) since I work at a computer all day (I am a technical writer). No one even mentioned that possibility this time.
So this visit was "OK," but not quite what it once was, when Dr. Slimp was there.
Courteous, Knowledgable & Professional. I appreciate the way Dr. Buck & his staff treated me and worked to make sure my eye care goals were achieved in an informed & timely manner.

The services provided by Dr. Cheryl Ervin and the staff at the appointment counter was very professional and inviting. The quick and thorough service was appreciated. However, when I took my son to select two pairs of eye glasses the staff in the eye glass department completely ignored us. My sons and I walked directly to the desk after completing the copay transaction for the optical exam and we stood there for several minutes. Two workers walked inside of the enclosure of the desk and neither acknowledged us. I, Ms. Inman, made eye contact with both workers and asked if one of them were available and neither responded. A lady already sitting at a table with a customer acknowledged us and said she would assist after she was done. I left with my children. The actions of those other two employees showed they could care less about my business.
