I love Aveda. Great services for great prices. sometimes they run a little late with their appointments but otherwise, a great experience
Took my daughters in for services and they had a great time. The little pampering extras with the haircut were great. Worth the extra time and an enjoyable experience.
Angelis was awesome. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did amazingly better then the picture. She was very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff -- very friendly!!!!

I feel pampered during my appointments . I like the slower pace of the students, they take their time and make sure they're doing their best.
I came in for a trim and it took 4 hours! I really liked my stylist but the timeline was unacceptable even for a student learning situation
Visit was alright. Student was pleasant. Did everything alright except when I ask her to really scrub my hair she didn't. I like like the scrubbing to really massage my scalp and to really get my hair clean.
Only thing I didn't care for was that this was the second visit that I requested an ADVANCED STUDENT and didn't get one! Hopefully next time I request an Advanced Student I get one.
i have always loved Brown Aveda! It was nice the moment I would walk in to have someone recognize me and say hello. I am sorry to say that has not happen the last 2 times I have been in. This last time there were 3 girls behind the counter and I walked up to them and I had to say hello first. After I told her my name, I told her I was going to the bathroom and I would be back. I came back in the front desk area and sat for 20, past my appt. time without one person saying anything to me.
I called in to book this appt, and when I told the girl on the phone the times on Friday I could come in she said , on Friday the girls at Rocky River are done with appts at 1:00pm. But she said she would look to see if someone was staying late. She booked me a 230 appointment which was perfect for me, but looking back I will never schedule appointment that much time past your appts time. Prior to this appointment, I made another appointment that your office had a calling to cancel on me because the class schedule changed . I understand you are a training school ,in just feel something is different.
Also the last 20 of my massage, and I am not exaggerating ,the woman next to me was done with her facial and she was loud and didn't stop talking to her friend. The her phone ( the customer) would not stop ringing and then she answered it and proceeded to talk on it. It was not very relaxing, and whoever was taking care of her should could have handle the situation better. My student who was with me apologized, she also felt that it was an extended amount of conversation that could've been taken out to the lobby .
I have been to numerous Aveda Spa and training school in the US. One suggest I would have is to separate the room with walls instead of just curtains.
And finally, when I was leaving no one asked me if I wanted to book my next appt.
I had a luxurious time. I had a pedicure, provided by Monica. And, hair coloring was done by Gunny.
They did a great job (my stylist had a lot of help!) but the session was way too long. I lost the whole day. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
