Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided however, We had planned to use the coupon that you had provided for 10 dollars off our next visit. The coupon was expiring on the day we had our appointments. When I went into my email to get the coupon up for the receptionist, it was nowhere to be found. I imagine that you must automatically retract the email that the coupon was included in on the day it expires. Not only was it very frustrating but the receptionist was of no help at all. She just kept saying that you have no access to our email so no one could have deleted it. My husband finally said that we would just leave because she said that no manager could meet with us to help rectify the situation. My last comment apon leaving was that I felt bad for the two students that thought they had a booking. She finally went to speak with someone who gave the OK to have us sign a paper saying that we had used the coupon that day which enabled her to give us the discount. It was a very frustrating and laborious 10 minutes that almost resulted in our leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. I just can not understand how on the busiest day of your work week that there are not any management staff at the Rocky River location. What if an adverse occurrence had happened? Who would take charge then? You asked, so we are telling you our thoughts...

I wanted a razor cut and had a difficult time deciding where to go and who to trust to do it. I inquired if the students performed razor cuts and was told yes, so I made my appointment. My student was Aliyah. She did a fantastic job. My hair looks so nice. She razored it the whole way in an a-line bob, and it lies perfectly,and has interesting layers. My sister, in AZ likes it so much she's taking the pictures I sent her to her stylist to have Aliyah's cut done on her hair. The mini facial and hand/arm massage were awesome too! Thanks Brown-Aveda for another wonderful visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Brown Aveda Institute as usual. The stylists are great. Very personable and well taught. The atmosphere is fun and the pampering is sooooo nice The students as well as the educators work very hard to be sure you leave with a smile on your face.
