Jerry was able to get me almost immediately to have my car looked at. From there Rick provided timely updates on what was being looked at, as well as when the car was ready. Luckily, no additional work was needed (which the dealership had indicated would be an additional $5000 to pull the engine head off to repair valve issues). Keeping my fingers crossed this "2nd opinion" troubleshooting from Rick is the right one! I trust you guys and should have been bringing my 2008 Mini CooperS in here once the warranty was up at the dealership. Your techs are honest, speak with me directly (which is not how the dealership works) and I'll definitely be sticking with Southwest Auto! And not to forget, Julianna was great at checkout, as Rick was gone for the day, so she took the time to go over all recommended future work that might be needed!
Our experience was very good. We willonly take our Volvos to Southwest Auto. We know it will be done correctly and quickly. Southwest Auto is the BEST!
My wife and I met John several years ago when Southwest Auto was a client of mine in the used car sales and repair business. I believe this is the third time we have had our 2004 Volvo S80, in for a medium size repair in that time, and have always been a big fan of their service. Their staff, from the front counter, to the auto techs are absolutely first rate. They have diagnosed and repaired our car in a timely and efficient manner each time, and held true to their pre job estimates. We live 35 miles from the shop, or we would see them more often for the simpler oil changes and occasional check ups. But when something does happen that needs a more professional diagnosis, there is no other shop than Southwest Auto.
SouthWest Auto is exactly what they say they are: An Alternative to the typical dealership experience. I have been a Sewell customer for over 15 years.. i have bought most of my Saab's from them and always had my service completed by them.. My 2010 9-3X was in dire strait and needed attention. being mechanically inclined I tried to diagnose and repair the item myself by following the engine fault codes that would randomly occur.. After exhausting all options, I brought it into Sewell for further diagnosis.. The service advisor and Saab technician wanted to perform all the repairs I had already done to the car to again rule out all the random error codes that were stored in the car's computer.. I would be fine with this if two would happen.. 1. if this would have repaired the car first off... and, 2. if it was at a reasonable price.. needless to say when the quote to perform one of the repairs I had performed was over $1500 more than what it cost me to make the repair, I decided to go to SouthWest Auto.. I explained everything I had already performed (just like I did at Sewell), and told them specifically what i needed them to check. They did exactly that, discovered the problem, and fix it for a fraction of what Sewell quoted.. I have never been happier.
it was a quick check up
Fantastic as always!
Always excellent service.
Love the team. Great work.
Very courteous and knowledgeable. Upfront about costs and neeeded repairs. Pricing is straightforward and fair.
I appreciate the care you all give my MB, she works hard for me but you all restore her strength and make sure she continues to serve me as faithfully. I know I made the right choice bringing her to Southwest where she and get personalized attention. And all this without breaking the bank.
I know if she could talk she would say, don't take me anywhere else but Southwest Auto!
