After my exam I asked for my PD .
I was told that it would be an additional $47.00 that included
n fittings and adjustments for one year on glasses ordered on line . They would not give my PD unless I paid more.
The staff was quick and efficient!
They all were very nice. The doctor was great. they did a good job!

The actual visit was great and everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. The part that wasn't so great was my experience with contacts. At first I did a trial of Dailies that were way too expensive for me, so a second trial was ordered for the Acuvue Dailies. I received a price at that point that seemed much more feasible to my budget. It took what seemed like almost two weeks for the trial to arrive and once they did arrive I had to call to ask for them, no one called to let me know they were in. When I called to ask, the staff didn't know they arrived and had to "find" them.
Once I received the trial, I called and placed the order for a 6-month supply and received a second price which was different than the first. I was told the order would be placed on a "rush". I called after a week and the person I talked to at that point said they were "probably" on back order and that they would check on them. They took another week to come in and when I went to pick them up they were yet another price. I got home and went to take the contacts out of the bag only to realize there were only 4 boxes of 30 lenses...aka 2 months, not 6. I called and it was fixed, but this should not have happened. Was no one checking what they were giving customers? Now I have to wait for the additional 4 months of lenses to come in after I have waited almost 2 months to wrap up this process which began the last week of July.
I will say that I was provided additional trial lenses to get me through some of the weeks which was great, but there were also weeks that I went without any contacts because it was a hassle to have to keep coming back to pickup more trial lenses every 5 days.
Overall, I was disappointed with the discrepancies in price, shipping and receiving the correct amount of lenses. My fiance and I started going here because it was close to our house and it appeared to have its act together. The service for the main visits with the eye doctors was great, but it was the ordering that was a real pain. I will plan on coming back to take care of my eyes, but may not be ordering contacts here again unless I am assured that it will be MUCH easier next time.
