Unfortunately my car broke down and I had it towed by AAA who recommended Clark's Automotive. I'm new to FL and I was looking for a reputable shop. My car got towed early in the morning around 7:15 am and to my surprise they were already open. I walked into the office and was greeted by a young gentleman named Matt. Instantly, I felt comfortable and I knew I came to the right spot. They were very professional and kept me in the loop at all times on what was happening with my car. I then met Bob, the owner, who took the time out to actually just talk to me about " life in general" I sat there for about an hour listening to their phone calls and how professional and how they valued each person on the other end of that line. I Left Clark's Automotive feeling good about my "life in general" talk with Bob and also feeling like I didn't get taken advantage of with the price and being a female. I felt they treated me with respect and I felt valued as a customer. I proceed to go to work and told my co-workers about my experience at Clark's Automotive and Highly recommended them to everybody and I believe that Clark's Automotive will be getting more customers to come!!!
