I brought in an old truck for a routine oil/filter change. The staff at Simons thoroughly inspected my entire truck and provided me with a highly detailed list of what they believed it needed to bring it up to best-operating condition. They we're absolutely objective about the idea of throwing good money after bad; it's an old truck and they advised me to be very cautious about doing the work they recommended. I genuinely appreciated their candor; there was no hard-sell to get to spend more.

The staff was courteous and efficient. The repairs seem to have corrected my problem; however, I will need to drive the car for a few more days to be sure. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.
