Excellent work done quickly. The guys at Professional Automotive are always honest, courteous and friendly. My car needed a lot of work done and they broke it down to what was needed the most and what could be put off until another time when my budget allowed. I keep going back because I know I can trust them.

Most automotive service businesses don't seem to take the time to really listen to their customers or give fair advice. I was very impressed with the gentleman who handled my service from the time I arrived till the time I left. I usually have to wait at other places so long just for an oil change. Not here....the man understood that I was having a bad day and the wait was the shortest I've ever had for an oil change. I will definitely be going back to Professional Automotive for repairs and other services.

1) Friendly Greeting and Check-in.
2) 59 point Maintenance/Reliability and Safety inspection: Report was emailed - three pages - not sure what all was inspected as I read only 17 items were even noted. No mention of brakes or tire conditions. Four exterior pictures of vehicle.
3) Slight extra cost for oil filter, and the usual 'disposal' fee.
