Had root canal work done with the new dentist at this location. VERY happy with my experience, personable and caring staff. Highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs!

I've been going to Gentle Care for 6+ yrs and always have had a great experience.

Even after I've moved I travel the extra distance to come here.

I had a difficult time with an appointment, the doctor was never available. When I did finally get there for the cleaning, the main staff was not present. After the cleaning a person in a white doctor coat came and looked at my teeth for about 15 seconds & said they looked very good. Now, I have two teeth that need a crown, one tooth has broken off down to the gum on the inside & the filling is in plain view, another has the cover that was put over a bad ttooth is broken off esposing the inside. I have two teeth that are sensitive in which could have a problem with the fillings. Anyway, there are problems. They took about 25 x-rays which I wasn't shown. I was told that I didn't want to bother with crowns or other repairs because of the cost. I believe that should be my decision not theirs. I feel they didn't have a doctor that wanted to work on me because I was in a wheelchair & couldn't transfer to the dental chair and I was given the brush of. That did hurt me because I had dental work done in the pass & all went well. Also, they said I didn't owe anything more. I paid over $200 on the x-ray visit, and that was with dental insuranse,

FIRST OF ALL THE DENTIST WAS 30 MINUTES LATE AND SHE SEEMED TO RUSH THROUGH MY APPOINTMENT AND I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO FIX SOME PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE FILLINGS MOST OF ALL THE SHARP EDGES ON THE TEETH THAT WERE RUBBING ON MY TONGUE.

Hygenist Kim, as always, was great. She clearly answers questions I have about care of my teeth and is efficient at getting me in and out quickly.

Some recent changes in front desk staff have made things a bit less welcoming than in the past, but the care received there more than compensates for those changes.

My dental hygienist (Julie) was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. I wish I had more time to chat with her, unfortunately her fingers were in my mouth most of the time. This was by far the best cleaning experience ever, I actually look forward to my next cleaning. She is definitely great at what she does.
