My visit went very well. I was extremely picky on the style and size of the glasses I wanted on my face, and Michelle was very helpful and smiled the whole time we interacted. I wish everyone had her customer service skills. When I went back to go pick up my new glasses, she was still smiling and working hard, just like before. Erin, the other employee, however was not really smiling much at all. She looked like she didn't want to be there, and when I smiled at her, she just looked away. She can probably learn better customer service skills from Michelle. I would still recommend this place to everyone I know that needs glasses, because the service I got was very good, and most people there are very friendly and welcoming.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The doc does what he needs to do and in a timely manner. We even chit-chat about my personal life, which is always a calming and comfortable experience.

This was the first appointment for my 5 year old and 8 year old, so we turned it into a family affair. The staff was very accommodating in allowing brother and sister to observe each other's exam, which helped them relax and not be nervous.
