I've been with Dr. Baum for 30 years, and it's time for another review. Since my last visit in 2019, I have moved to NYC, and the world has changed. I continue to be a patient of Dr. Baum's because he is a meticulous dentist who treats his patients with the highest respect. COVID precautions are #1 priority these days, from pre-appointment questionnaire to strict control of the waiting room, temperatures on arrival, and re-configuration of the physical office setting and filtration system. MaryLynn (forgive potential misspelling!) and her team at "control central" ensure your appointment and billing needs are taken care of - even offering Dr. Baum's generous in-house insurance plan! Anita and Susan are EXPERT dental hygienists (forgive me for not naming everyone!) - providing a gentle, thorough touch and sound education in tooth and gum care at each visit. Dental care here is state-of-the-art, of the highest quality, and delivered with a gentle touch in the safest of offices.

Just the nicest group of ladies along with Doctor Baum. Very compassionate and caring. The office is always spotless Anita is always gentle with my cleanings. I have had many treatments done here. I started here I would say at least 15 years ago thru a recommendation.

Who ever would say they love visiting their dentist? This formerly dentist-phobic patient can thanks to Dr. Baum. The entire staff and Dr. Baum himself treat their patients as family, asking after family members and life events. Any and every question, whether about a particular treatment recommendation or an insurance issue, is answered promptly, honestly, and helpfully. Referrals to needed specialists are handled professionally and seamlessly. Great office!

Always a pleasant experience- first time with the dental hygienist. She was very personable and shared some interesting information about teeth, gum disease, etc and office seems to be managed efficiently with little to no waiting around.
