I called in the am and was given an 11:00 am appt. the same day. Got there in time and was taken
in immediately and Dr. Bass did my exam. He did an excellent job and was very polite and friendly
as well as the whole staff. I would never consider going to any other eye doctors than Drs. Bass and
Rose.

What ca I say, My wife and I have been a patients of Dr. Bass' for quite a while and we were welcomed with open
arms, great respect and treated like a family member. Everyone is awesome, I would highly recommend anyone
who wants excellent service and to be treated like family , come see my family at the office

The front office staff are always very professional and great to talk to. I've been coming to Dr. Bass since we moved to VA back in 2005. He is definitely a people person and answers all my questions and concerns. I will continue to do my eye exams with his office as long as they are there. Smile!!!!

I had my glasses adjusted. When the gasses were not tight, she would continue to adjust the frame until I was happy. She was nice.

Dr. Rose thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and gave me options for the future. Emily did a wonderful job with all the pre-screen testing and taking pictures of my eye. Both were very pleasant, smiled often, made me comfortable and laugh as we chatted during my visit. I would highly recommend Drs. Bass & Rose.

Always a pleasant visit. My recent visit was for an emergency issue, a scratched eyelid. It was nice that he took the time for me to try and correct the issue.
