I went to see about a specific cosmetic option they advertised. What I got was a full set of x-rays taken before I even saw a dentist. My bad, I should have refused. The DMD wanted me to see the orthodontist even though I've had orthodontia in the past and secondary orthodontia was not recommended by 2 orthos. She said the cosmetic optio I was inquiring about was "high-tech Halloween". Why offer it then? I saw their orthodontist anyway who did not recommend braces again, not before having to insist that I didn't want a panoramic x-ray before seeing the doctor. The office was chaotic and the room was sort of open, with two entrances, so I could hear all the noise in the rest of the office. It was difficult to hear what the orthodontist was saying.

I was told after that that the appointment was complete and I could leave.

The next day, I received an email that I missed my appointment.

I haven't gone back. The office is just too chaotic for me. I felt like there was a little bait-and-switch going on. I also feel like doing all those x-rays sort of tethers clients to the office so they don't go somewhere else only to have to get radiated all over again.

The wait time was never more than a few minutes during my past visits.

My most recent appointment was for 3 PM. I gave the receptionist my name and stated that I had a 3 PM appointment upon arrival.

At 3:30, In asked the receptionist if there was a backup. I asked again at 3.45.

At 4 PM I was called in. I asked the hygienist about the delay. She said that I was scheduled for 4 PM.

My appointment and email confirmation was for 3 PM!:

"You have an upcoming appointment with Bogota Dental Center. Please take a minute to review and confirm the details of your appointment.

Perhaps its just a one time mix up. That's my only gripe with Bogota Dental.
