I waited for a scheduled appointment for over a half an hour without anyone from the desk (there were 3 women) asking or updating me on why the stylist was running late. When I asked if I had the appointment time right they checked and said she had lost track of time. Coincidentally she is the only stylist that has a large clock at her worksite. Then, the highlights I had requested appear to be the same color as what they did as a base color.

Stephanie was fantastic. Helped me pick the best cut for me and was super friendly. I have seen many artists here and have loved them all. By far my favorite salon.
