The rushed, impersonal "care" I received in Boston was something I won't choose to experience again. Everyone at Newport Eye Care takes all the time I need to discuss my questions and to educate me about my eye condition. The personal care I get in both of their offices is not to be taken for granted. At that exam I spoke with Dr. Jones regarding my prescription. Dr. Jones and I agreed that he would provide me two week contacts as the daily's were not available in the office and needed to be ordered. Dr. Jones said that he would order me a 10 day supply and send them right to my house and that this would take three to four days. I have still not received my contacts. This is very disappointing because I had a conversation at length with Dr. Jones regarding this same type of situation happening the last time I had an annual exam, which was why I almost didn?t return to this practice. I will be contacting the office in the near future to follow up on this and it is very likely I will not be a returning patient.
