I have been a patient for a few years. Latley I feel as if the staff have turned into sales people. The dentist offers a variety of products and services, none of which seem to be covered by insurance. I feel like the bookkeeping practices of this office are not the best. I was asked to pay a $300 balance that I was never informed about and then when questioned a second time, it was reversed. This was only after a first payment was taken out of my account, partially without my permission ($114 was debited instead of $14). I then had a credit going into this appointment. Typically payments are asked for after the service but this time I was asked for a payment in advance, I had to inform the staff member that I had a credit. Without her even having to blink she seemed to know there was a credit on my account. I feel as if the office forgot to bill my insurance correctly last year and is now trying to get me to pay for it. I am now constantly having to watch my records with this office. Dentist himself does a great job but could at the least, give a thank you for coming in and/or say goodbye before rushing out and going to the next customer in line. It is sad, but at this point I am going to consider looking for other dentist offices.
