I walked into the salon with three inch roots (which were a terrible eye sore given my bleach blonde hair and dark brown natural color) and insanely damaged locks. In short, my hair was a mess. Jennifer patiently helped me decide on a natural-looking color. She explained the toning process, and gave me tips on how to care for my dried-out coif. She also suggested a couple products that would reinvigorate my hair. I was so satisfied with the results I scheduled a hair cut a week later. Jennifer prepared me for the style change. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was O.K. with the length. My new cut looks amazing! My hair is soft and bouncy and it frames my face beautifully.
