Overall the customer service that I received from everyone was really nice.

The lady that assisted me was great. She get 4 ???? Not sure what her name is, but she is African American. she had on a burgundy scrubs uniform. She is the only reason for me coming back to your location after my initial walk in to ask general question & making an appointment. However, there was another young lady @ the counter (a Spanish lady) she was somewhat demeaning towards me.� I felt like her only goal and concern was about money instead of giving great custmer service. She was not. welcoming at all.

My experience was very pleasant from the initial greeting to departure. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The focus was on the customers and not personal business.

The doctor is knowledgable and thorough. He noticed something that a couple providers had missed. I got glasses I love at a great price also!

The doctor was good, needing glasses for the first time was traumati, but the doctor kept me thinking positive. The sales associate continued along that theme and answered all my questions, as well as helping me pick frames.

I am waiting for my trail contact lenses to come in. Lenses presented to me had expired and not the right prescription on one of the lenses.

Overall, a very professional experience. My only reason not to rate it Excellent was that I came in for an MVA exam, not knowing I was going to have to get new glasses on the spot, so may not have paid enough attention to the "is 1 or 2 better" part of the exam. I didn't realize I was being tested for new glasses or I would have paid more attention.

Dr. Berry is caring and very concerned about his patients and he takes time to listen, not heard you in like cattle looking trying to see how money he make off and realizing you are patient, not another dollar. We need more people him.
