Even when I had to reschedule just 15 minutes before my appointment, they weren't at all rude and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. My hair dresser, Nadia, was fantastic! She helped me figure out what cut was going to work best with my hair type, lifestyle, and regular routine. She talked me through what products she was using on my hair and why she was using them, and also shared some techniques for giving volume to my fine hair. Her instructions were so clear that I was actually able to replicate the style a few days later. I've never had a hairdresser put any effort into explaining the how and why they're doing something until I went to this salon. The staff was also very informative about their other salon services and gave great recommendations for tanning services, and also made suggestions for what hair colors would look good on me when I said I was thinking about coloring it. I'll definitely be coming back! The front desk girls are always so nice and very helpful and knowledgeable about products. It's a "one stop shop" for all my spa/salon needs! I can get my hair done, nails, tanning, massage, facials, etc. The new management is fantastic and the entire staff makes it such a treat to visit for anything. Mandie usually helps me with all my tanning needs and she always makes my visit pleasant. She signed me up for my tanning membership and made it so quick and easy!! Nadia does my hair and I always love it! She's so talented! And Megan makes such a great addition as manager, she is professional and polite and always remembers me. I always recommend Sunsations!!!
