While I understand emergency's because i have had dental emergency's myself, 2 hours for an build-up is a little too long. The dentist had a very gentle touch when administering the anasthetic and was very nearly pain free. The procedure was equally pain free. Dr. Grant has a caring and gentle demeanor and producing pain [to another] is not high on his list. Kudos, to Dr. Grant and his assistants for outstanding professionalism and care. Now when it comes to maintenance i.e. cleaning, Kirti, my hygienist is top notch. She makes you feel welcome, comfortable and through the procedure...very at ease. Her gentleness and caring are five stars in my book and I cannot say ?Thank You? enough. I have no problems with scheduling my next appointment with her. Dr had to improvise with salt on my tongue - it helped some but still don't think the nitrous was working the way it was supposed to. As always Dr Williams is a great dentist.
