All of the staff were very friendly. Dr. Pockl was very nice and answered my many questions about the procedures and anything else I was curious about in terms of eye health. My appointment was at 11:30 and it started fine with the preliminary workup. However the doctor was busy with the patient in front of me and I did not get to see hime until 12:50. All in all if everyone coming in has the standard checkup without complications the exam goes well but if there is a glitch then there is not backup doctor to assist. My initial discussion with David regarding options for sport glasses with transition lenses was good. He recommended I wait until a new frame display was up to see some of those options before making a decision. When I went in to pick up my sunglasses the new display was up and I asked someone at the front desk and they indicated that the person who needed to help me was with another customer and she would be with me soon. After standing and looking at frames by myself for 5 to 10 minutes I turned around to look for the individual I was waiting on and she was not there - nor was there anyone else at the desk or any other customers at the desk so I left. The end result is that I am now working with another local company to get the frames/glasses I need. It is someone I have used in the past and their customer service is good with respect to buying glasses since selling glasses is their focus. Sonya (my wife) has indicated that she has had good experience with Devine Eyes buying glasses but it was not clear to me that there was any real process for assisting a customer in the purchase of glasses.
