I paided for that work but the noise returned. Lucas and his team then replaced a belt and let me drive the truck a few days and said if that fixes it then we will settle up on the bill. It worked and I returned to the shop and paid for the belt. Very satisfied and impressed with the way this was handled. Its nice to do business with people that trust you and stand behind their work. The receptionist is also very polite and you can tell she and Lucas take pride in their work and care about the customers and the company. Finding staff that can do both is often not easy. You can count on me to refer my friends and family to Dun-Rite. I recently had a thermostat housing go bad, and it had been just one week out of warranty (figures), so I called the dealership to see what they could do. They gave me a proce for the part and welcomed me to make an appointment. Instead, I contacted Lucas, the service manager at Dun Rite, and he exclaimed the price seemed about 3x more than he thought it should be. It turns out the dealership quoted me the entire upper and lower housing, along with the thermostat. I took my car in to Dun Rite and had the service completed below what the dealership quoted for just the parts. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Dun Rite.
