The work at the shop is high quality. However, vehicle service was delayed due to wrong item being delivered. In addition, not only was service performed on my vehicle without a price quotation, but it was executed without my consent, which is the only reason I?m not giving a 5-star rating. To be fair, the service advisor did reduce the total cost of repair by 50%, which is just the honest, fair team you can expect to encounter at Westlake Independent.
