Not only was the service prompt and efficient, but they also tightened the transmission pan and rotated the tires. The only extra cost was some transmission fluid. When Betty took the car back, she was told that the tire was upside down and not in its proper position. This sloppy work concerns me since if the alignment is not right, we will chew up two fairly new tires. It was very obvious that the spare was not in correctly. Don't understand not checking work. Betty seems to feel that the car doesn't handle the way it did before the alignment and installing the new tires.
