My stylist has only cut my hair twice now and is adjusting to me loving to drastically change my hair style. I have the tendency of going in and saying "Do whatever you want, except give me bangs." While she was waxing she proceeded to tell me about her bikini wax and how "she comes out and can't sit for a week". To clarify, I didn't even ask about a bikini wax and really don't care about her personal terrible experience. Maybe you should tell your waxer that not other customers; why would I want to get one done now?? She also complained about having to come there 2x a week and seemed generally bothered by it. When I was checking out she was complaining to another staff member about a specific staff member who over booked her, within earshot of that person (who I know) and other customers who were waiting. The last 4x i have been here all the staff have been great. Next time I will NOT see her and I hope the owner reads this review and gives her a talk about how to be professional--or just general customer courtesy.
