I've found them to be very honest, knowledgable and fair in pricing of services. They go above and beyond to give great customer service. Providing a ride if needed and taking the time to clearly explain any issuses the car may be having. They have never pushed unnecessary repair. I also really appreciate the fact that they can pick me up or drop me off at home or work. In addition to replacing the head gasket, I had them replace the timing chain, water pump, and exhaust manifold (which was cracked). The staff were friendly, helpful, and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I have almost 1,000 miles on the repair now, and everything seems to be running fine. My only complaint is that they forgot to tighten the clamp between the air filter box and the tube connecting it to the intake manifold. They also forgot totighten a bolt holding a ground wire on the firewall. Due to those minor errors I give them 4.5 stars. The pricing was very reasonable- definitely less expensive than a dealership.
