The girls at the front desk are a little slow and in some times trying to make an appointment is a long process. Even though I made the appointment in person they got the wrong day and the wrong aesthetician, so I had to call back when I got an email with all the wrong info. My appointment with the right person went great I even wanted to schedule more sessions but at check out the front desk girls got all mixed up and it got very frustrating. What it seems a simple transaction got to be a 10 minutes wait with no real answer but a "we will try to fix it later" answer. They fortunately did and since I liked the aesthetician I booked my next appointment. They gave me a little discount and I hope everything goes well.
