Everyone there was very nice and laid back. Nice big waiting room. Would have brought something to read had I known it would be so quiet. No elevator music, radio or TV, which I know most people want but I can do without. Also offered ride if I needed it. Techs were clean and cordial and seemed happy to be working there. Mr. Morrison was frank and very informative on the condition of my high mileage Caddy. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want, and gave me my options without talking over my head mechanically. Hopefully have found a maintenance home for my Caddy in the future.
