Melinda does a wonderful job. I was not pleased with my eyebrow waxing. Compared to my last waxing @ Jeanne Maureen's, where my eyebrows were waxed, examined & tweezed. When I took a good look @ home, I broke out the tweezers & plucked. There was also the fact that the tech interrupted my service of a manicure to say it was the scheduled time for my eyebrows, when clearly it was not. I thought it quite rude of her - also the only thing she said to me was lay on the table. There were no questions as to what I wanted, not even small talk. As a result, she did not receive a tip. If I were only rating my manicure / pedicure I would say 5 star, because of the eyebrow tech, I can only give it 3. I would also suggest management look into this because its not like the eyebrow tech was busy - she remained in the lobby , obviously with nothing to do.
