They guarantee their work and I have never had to ask them to re-do anything. I may pay a little more than their competitors but it's worth it to me to know that every time I drive away I will not have to see them again until my next oil change. I also love the fact that they help me to be proactive with foreseen maintenance and repairs, allowing me enough time to budget my expenses.
