My hair was very long - about down to my elbows - and I was a little nervous about cutting it short. Nori was patient and took his time with my hair. I hate it when stylists use razors on my hair, but Nori only used scissors and really listened to me when I told him that my hair was prone to "poofing." I decided to go with Mitsuko from reading great reviews about her, and I am so happy to have gotten my hair cut from her!! From the moment i walked in and met her, she was so sweet and thoughtful and listened to everything i wanted done to my hair. i specifically wanted a very light trim with layers and thinned out, and since I'm pregnant and cannot get another perm any time soon, i wanted to save as much of my perm i already have currently. she did EXACTLY what i asked for, and i couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome. it looked amazing leaving the salon, and looked even more amazing once i got home. the feel of the lightness of my hair was perfect as i have very long, thick hair, and she was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. my perm is still bouncy and full looking, and my hair looks like it has a lot of body now as she thinned it out perfectly as apposed to it being weighed down from the heaviness from having too much hair! Overall, i am very pleased with my hair cut/style, i am very thankful for mitsuko doing exactly what i wanted, (i have so many other experiences where other stylists do things "their" way and not giving me a cut I wanted; i am always afraid they would just chop off all my length!), and would definitely be back in the near future.
