Yesterday was my first visit and I can't stop telling all of my friends and Co-workers about my experience. I have always dreaded going to to the dentist since a little girl...due to really bad and traumatic experiences. But not at Park Dentistry!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. Every staff member is forthcoming and make you feel welcomed. Dr. M is amazing!! Sonia is amazing!! Alexis is amazing!! I had a cleaning.Dr Sophia has great bed side manner and explained what she was doing at all times. She makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is very friendly and polite. They are conviently located couple block from the train which is a plus. They are also available on Saturdays. My appointment was at 12 and I was there on time and was seen right away. I highly recommend her. Although the staff has a young appearance, they were professional and courteous, and mindful of patient discomfort during the procedure. The service was great and the instruments and tools used seemed very sanitary and high-tech. Lastly, the staff was upfront about costs of other needed procedures, what my insurance does and does not cover, and how best to prioritize (in order of urgency for my oral health) upcoming treatments.
