However, I was very disappointed with the Black Friday promotion. I was told about a promotion and liked the offer so I purchased it. After purchase, the terms changed. I felt that I had been misled. When I finally talked to Becca about it I was given the impression that I was trying to "get over". I had another issue with a skin peel that I paid $300 for. I did voice that issue but I felt that I was blown off, so I let it go. At one point I referred a friend and she told me that she gave my name, I did not receive the referral bonus at that time. I had to inquire on my own and then I was told that I would get the bonus in the mail or something to that nature. I have been given several cards for discounts but the is always a reson im not allowed to use them.The only reason that I still go to Skin Deep is because of Christina.
