Excellent work--beautiful veneers! Karen and Jen-outstanding. With Dr. Maynard not there on a full time basis and my travelling over an hour to office, decided to change to local dentist (six months ago) I called to have records sent. Full mouth recent xrays were not sent and I had to pay to have xrays redone. Called the office and asked why they were not sent and they said the xrays would be sent---sorry too late at my expense. My husband just changed to a local dentist also and the same thing happened. Records were requested and when he went to his appointment the records were not there and had to be requested again. Husband keeps receiving phone calls and email reminders for appointments. Tried unsubscriping, but that did not work. Very disappointed. Sun,9 Jun 2013 11:17:04 -0700 Thank you for your comments. The care that I received was thorough and complete. The hygenist was professional and did an excellent job of answering my questions. The dental exam by the visiting dentist was hurried and totally unacceptable. She not only spent a bare few moments examining my teeth but she completely ignored doing a review of my oral cavity. I am not accustomed to such casual attention to my dental health. I would hope that this situation is temporary. I have not yet met Dr Singh.
